“City Where We Gonna Go” is a “driving song”. It is about traveling somewhere with your friends and having a fun trip with the exception of that you do not know where exactly you are going or if you will ever make it there. “The city” is the dream for us as individuals and for us as a band. We love making our way there but sometimes it just feels so distant and abstract we get doubts. This song is about both fear and hope, which arise as a part of any dream.
lyrics
Old man never gonna tell
That we were sleeping outside
He probably understands
Dreaming is easier at night
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
Old woman never gonna show
All of the scars on her chest
She probably also knows
We'll scar ourselves in the end
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
This is the city where we gonna go, city where we gonna go
City, oh go go go go
City, oh go go go go
City, oh go go go go

Thanks you so much to all of you who have supported the process of this EP coming to life and thank you to everyone who is helping us get through these new fears
We are In The Attic, an indie trio from Ljubljana, Slovenia and we concern ourselves with the pursuit and creation of
alternative and indie rock music with little hidden easter eggs and symbolisms, that evokes the purest of emotions. We are quite fond of tragic narratives, so it's emotions of desperation, helplessness, sadness and isolation that you will hear about from us....more
Pile is a mind blowing band that is flawless in creating such powerful emotional expression. It's their song structures, chords progressions and lyrical style that has made them the band we look up to In the Attic
Denali has an amazing sense for harmony and melody as well as development in their songs and the way they use those to bring their songs emotionality is inspiring. In the Attic
An amazing band from the Slovene indie rock scene. This is the band that we get to see live and be motivated by to perform, write and be better. In the Attic
